Now we will put some of the words above into a sentence which you might use in a regular conversation about citizenship. All you need is to swap the nationality but keep the same sentence structure.
I'm Italian: நான் ஒரு இத்தாலியன் nāṉ oru ittāliyaṉ |
My wife is Korean: என்னுடைய மனைவி கொரியன் eṉṉuṭaiya maṉaivi koriyaṉ |
My father is Greek: என்னுடைய அப்பா கிரீக் eṉṉuṭaiya appā kirīk |
I have an American car: என்னிடம் ஒரு அமெரிக்கன் கார் உள்ளது eṉṉiṭam oru amerikkaṉ kār uḷḷatu |
I love French cheese: எனக்கு பிரெஞ்சு பாலாடைக்கட்டி பிடிக்கும் eṉakku pireñcu pālāṭaikkaṭṭi piṭikkum |
He has a Moroccan rug: அவனிடம் ஒரு மொராக்கன் ஜமக்காளம் இருக்கிறது avaṉiṭam oru morākkaṉ jamakkāḷam irukkiṟatu |
