Hat: தொப்பி toppi |
Jacket: மேற் சட்டை mēṟ caṭṭai |
Pants: கால்சட்டை kālcaṭṭai |
Shirt: சட்டை caṭṭai |
Shoes: காலணி kālaṇi |
Socks: காலுறை kāluṟai |
Underwear: உள்ளாடை uḷḷāṭai |
Sweater: கம்பளிச் சட்டை kampaḷic caṭṭai |
Suit: மேலங்கி mēlaṅki |
Tie: கழுத்துப்பட்டை kaḻuttuppaṭṭai |
Belt: அரைக்கச்சை araikkaccai |

These pants are long: இத்தகைய காற்சட்டைகள் நீளமானது ittakaiya kāṟcaṭṭaikaḷ nīḷamāṉatu |
I lost my socks: என்னுடைய காலுறைகளை நான் தொலைத்து விட்டேன் eṉṉuṭaiya kāluṟaikaḷai nāṉ tolaittu viṭṭēṉ |
She has a beautiful ring: ஒரு அழகிய மோதிரம் அவளிடம் இருக்கிறது oru aḻakiya mōtiram avaḷiṭam irukkiṟatu |
Do you like my dress?: என்னுடைய ஆடையை நீ விரும்புகிறாயா? eṉṉuṭaiya āṭaiyai nī virumpukiṟāyā? |
It looks good on you: அது உனக்கு அழகாக உள்ளது Atu uṉakku aḻakāka uḷḷatu |
