These are expressions used when giving or getting directions in Macedonian. Very useful when trying to find your way around or when lost.
| Excuse me! (to ask someone): Извинете! Izvinete! |
Can you show me?: Може да ми покажете? Može da mi pokažete? |
| I'm lost: Се загубив Se zagubiv |
I'm not from here: Не сум оттука Ne sum ottuka |
| Can I help you?: Може да ви помогнам? Može da vi pomognam? |
Can you help me?: Може да ми помогнете? Može da mi pomognete? |
| It's near here: Во близина е Vo blizina e |
It's far from here: Далеку е Daleku e |
| Go straight: Одете право Odete pravo |
Turn left: Свртете лево Svrtete levo |
| Turn right: Свртете десно Svrtete desno |
One moment please!: Само момент, ве молам Samo moment, ve molam |
| Come with me!: Дојдете со мене DoJdete so mene |
How can I get to the museum? : Како да стигнам до музејот? Kako da stignam do muzeJot? |
| How long does it take to get there?: Колку време треба да се стигне до таму? Kolku vreme treba da se stigne do tamu? |

The following are words which might be used alone or in combination with other words to ask or give directions.
| Near: Блиску Blisku |
Far: Далеку Daleku |
Right: Десно Desno |
Left: Лево Levo |
| Straight: Право Pravo |
There: таму tamu |
Here: тука tuka |
To walk: пешачи pešači |
| To drive: вози vozi |
To turn: врти vrti |
Traffic light: семафор semafor |
