These examples will help you answer the question "What do you do?" or "What do you do for a living?". Note how the personal pronouns are used with the nouns in this sentence.
I'm looking for a job: 私は仕事を探しています。 Watasi wa sigoto wo sagasite imasu. |
I'm an artist: 私は芸術家です。 Watasi wa geijyutsu ka desu. |
He is a policeman: 彼は警察官です。 Kare wa keisatsu kan desu. |
She is a singer: 彼女は歌手です。 Kanojo wa kashu desu. |
I'm a new employee: 私は新入社員です。 Watasi wa sinnyuu shain desu. |
I have a long experience: 私には長い経験があります。 Watasi niwa nagai keiken ga arimasu. |
