This is a list of verbs in the present tense in Hindi. First let's start with the raw format before conjugating the verbs to the present form. Make sure to compare this table and the one below it.
To see: देखना dēkhanā |

To love: प्यार करना pyāra karanā |

To play: खेलना khēlanā |
To read: पढ़ना paṛhanā |
To understand: समझना samajhanā |

These samples show how the verbs above are conjugated in the present tense in a sentence which includes all the object pronouns (I, you, she...).
I see you: मैं तुम्हें देखता हुँ maĩ tumhē̃ dēkhatā hũ |
I write with a pen: मैं कलम से लिखता हुँ maĩ kalama sē likhatā hũ |
You love apples: आपको सेब पसंद हैं āpakō sēba pyāra haĩ |
You give money: आप पैसे देते हैं āpa paisē dētē haĩ |
You play tennis: आप टेनिस खेलते हैं āpa ṭēnisa khēlatē haĩ |
He reads a book: वह किताब पढ़ता है vaha kitāba paṛhatā hai |
He understands me: वह मुझे समझता है vaha mujhē samajhatā hai |
She has a cat: उसके पास एक बिल्ली है usakē pāsa ēka billī hai |
She knows my friend: वह मेरी दोस्त को जानती है vaha mērī dōsta kō jānatī hai |
We want to learn: हम सीखना चाहते हैं hama sīkhanā cāhatē haĩ |
We think Spanish is easy: हमें स्पेनिश आसान लगता है hamē̃ spēniśa āsāna lagatā hai |
You (plural) work here: आप (बहुवचन) यहाँ काम करते हैं āpa (bahuvacana) yahā̃ kāma karatē haĩ |
You (plural) speak French: आप (बहुवचन) फ्रेंच बोलते हैं āpa (bahuvacana) phrēñca bōlatē haĩ |
They drive a car: वे कार चलाते हैं vē kāra calātē haĩ |
They smile: वे मुस्कराते हैं vē muskarātē haĩ |
