These samples show how the verbs above are conjugated in the present tense in a sentence which includes all the object pronouns (I, you, she...).
I see you: nakikita kita |
I write with a pen: gumagamit ako ng pen sa pagsusulat |
You love apples: gusting-gusto mo ang mga mansanas |
You give money: magbigay ka ng pera |
You play tennis: magtenis ka; maglaro ka ng tenis |
He reads a book: nagbabasa siya ng libro |
He understands me: naiintindihan niya ako |
She has a cat: may pusa siya |
She knows my friend: kilala niya ang kaibigan ko |
We want to learn: gusto niyang matuto |
We think Spanish is easy: sa palagay naming madali ang Kastila / espanyol |
You (plural) work here: nagtatrabaho kayo dito |
You (plural) speak French: nagsasalita kayo ng Pranses |
They drive a car: nagmamaneho sila ng kotse |
