Romanian Negation

This is a lesson about negation in Romanian. This includes words or expressions used to form a negative form as opposted to the affirmative. For example "I don't understand".

No: nu
Nothing: nimic
Not yet: nu inca
No one: nici unul / nici una
No longer:
Never: niciodată
Cannot: nu pot
Should not: nu ar trebui

The below examples demonstrate how to use the negation form in a sentence. Don't be shy to use of these expressions if you don't know something.

We don't understand: Noi nu intelegem
I do not speak Japanese: Eu nu vorbesc japoneza
I cannot remember the word: Nu imi amintesc cuvantul
You should not forget this word: Nu ar trebui sa uitam acest cuvant
No problem!: Nici o problema!
I don't know!: Nu stiu!
I'm not interested!: Nu ma intereseaza!
Don't worry!: Nu te ingrijora!
This is wrong: Asta este gresit
This is not correct: Asta nu este corect
No one here speaks Greek: Nimeni altcineva aici nu vorbeste greaca
I'm not fluent in Italian yet: Inca nu vorbesc fluent italiana
