Mosaic is a free, Slack-based community for current and aspiring Chiefs of Staff who want to develop their craft alongside peers, share real-world challenges, and grow as leaders in the role.
Fill out the form below to join a 1 month beta launch of Mosaic. We're looking for a small number of leaders and problem solvers to try this community and give us feedback on it.

- A place for vendor solicitation or lead generation
- A job board or recruiting platform
π Who should join
βΌ- Current chiefs of staff (or similar role with strategic, cross-functional, & special project responsibility)
- Former chiefs of staff who want to stay connected to the craft
- Those seeking to transition into a chief of staff role within the next 12 months
π Professional Development
βΌAt the end of the beta period, Mosaic members will be invited to a full-day professional development experience focused on the skills that matter most for Chiefs of Staff. After this session, you will be able to:
- Apply systems thinking to diagnose organizational interdependencies and identify high-leverage intervention points
- Use human-centered design principles to structure initiatives that earn buy-in across stakeholders
- Lead with greater confidence in ambiguous, high-stakes situations where you lack positional authority
π Logistics
βΌWe will welcome a small number of members into the month-long beta that begins on March 5. We will be scanning those interested in joining the beta for a group that is broadly representative in a variety of ways: size of company, industry, career stage, and more.
Anyone who we're not able to bring into the beta will be invited ahead of a broader launch after the trial.
