This is a list of some common languages in Greek. This lesson is complementary to our other 2 pages: Nationality and Countries.

Hindi: χίντι chínti	Irish: ιρλανδικά irlandiká	Italian: ιταλικά italiká	Japanese: ιαπωνικά / ιαπωνέζικα iapo̱niká / iapo̱nézika
Korean: κορεατικά koreatiká	Latin: λατινικά latiniká	Persian: περσικά persiká	Portuguese: πορτογαλικά portogaliká
Russian: ρώσικα ró̱sika	Spanish: ισπανικά ispaniká	Swedish: σουηδικά soui̱diká	Urdu: ουρντού ourntoú

Now we will put some of the words above into a sentence which you might use in a regular conversation. All you need is to swap languages but keep the same sentence structure.

I speak Italian: Μιλάω ιταλικά Miláo̱ italiká	I want to learn Spanish: Θέλω να μάθω ισπανικά Thélo̱ na mátho̱ ispaniká
My mother tongue is German: Η μητρική μου γλώσσα είναι τα γερμανικά I̱ mi̱trikí̱ mou gló̱ssa eínai ta germaniká	I love the Japanese language: Μου αρέσει η ιαπωνική γλώσσα Mou arései i̱ iapo̱nikí̱ gló̱ssa
I don't speak Korean: Δεν μιλάω κορεατικά Den miláo̱ koreatiká	Spanish is easy to learn: Είναι εύκολο να μάθεις ισπανικά Eínai éf̱kolo na mátheis ispaniká
