These samples show how the verbs above are conjugated in the past tense in a sentence which includes all the object pronouns (I, you, she...).
I saw you: Ja sam te vidio |
I wrote with a pen: Pisao sam perom |
You loved apples: Ti si volio jabuke |
You gave money: Ti si dao novac |
You played tennis: Ti si igrao tenis |
He read (past) a book: On je čitao knjigu |
He understood me: On me je razumio |
She had a cat: On aje imala mačku |
She knew my friend: On je poznavao mog prijatelja |
We wanted to learn: Mi smo željeli učiti |
We thought Spanish is easy: Mi smo mislili da se španski lako uči |
You (plural) worked here: Vi ste radili ovdje |
You (plural) spoke French: Vi ste govorili francuski |
They drove a car: Oni su vozili auto |
They smiled: Oni su se smiješili |
