Nationality in Yoruba
This is a list of some common nationalities in Yoruba. It is a nice addition to our other 2 pages: Languages and Countries.
Now we will put some of the words above into a sentence which you might use in a regular conversation about citizenship. All you need is to swap the nationality but keep the same sentence structure.
|I'm Italian: Italian ni emi.|
|My wife is Korean: Korean ni iyawo mi.
|My father is Greek: Giriki ni baba mi.|
|I have an American car: Mo ni ọkọ ayọkẹlẹ amẹrika.
|I love French cheese: Mo fẹran wara faranse.|
|He has a Moroccan rug: Oo ni rọọgi Morokan.
