Albanian Negation

This is a lesson about negation in Albanian. This includes words or expressions used to form a negative form as opposted to the affirmative. For example "I don't understand".

No: jo
Nothing: asgjë
Not yet: akoma jo
No one: asnjë
No longer: jo më
Never: kurrë
Cannot: smundem
Should not: nuk duhet

The below examples demonstrate how to use the negation form in a sentence. Don't be shy to use of these expressions if you don't know something.

We don't understand: ne nuk kuptojmë
I do not speak Japanese: Unë nuk flas Japonisht
I cannot remember the word: Se mbaj mend fjalën
You should not forget this word: Ti sduhet ta harrosh këtë fjalë
No problem!: pa problem!
I don't know!: Nuk e di!
I'm not interested!: Nuk jam i interwsuar
Don't worry!: Mos u merakos!
This is wrong: kjo është gabim
This is not correct: kjo s'është në rregull
No one here speaks Greek: Askush këtu nuk flet Greqisht
I'm not fluent in Italian yet: Nuk flas akoma rrjedhshëm Italisht
